The Money Builders Mentor Program

The Money Builders Mentorship Program

New Agent Mentor program

A successful financial broker/Agent has years of experience, that was typically groomed by attending many workshops and through much trial and error. As a new advisor, why not step into a program that will lead you to results that many in the profession never achieve?

The objective of the Money Builder Mentor Program is to create a learning environment to train and educate newly licensed LLQP agents. Without support and mentoring, the path to success can be challenging and overwhelming for those who seek this career.

Being licensed is only the start. We will teach you how to prospect, conduct a sales interview, how to create your own brand and help you implement many other systems into your business to help you be the leader of tomorrow.

Money Builders is an Agent General Agency (AGA). We are looking for successful financial services Brokers/Agents to grow our team of independent financial leaders/experts. Our brokerage operates under the trade name The Money Builders and The Insurance House (our auto, home and commercial division). Our combined knowledge represents over 90 years of experience and leadership in the industry.

Mentorship opportunities are very rare and unique. Our understanding of the industry has led us to recognize that many Agents are falling through the cracks. Many have written only 5 applications, or less, in a year and when asked about their plans, they don’t have any. Many LLQP graduates fail and are out of the business within their first year. We do not believe that 1st year graduates need to wash out of the industry. They simply need proper training, leadership, and a mentor.

The program has been designed with 3 phases:

  • Month 1 to 3 – Boot Camp
  • Month 4 to 6 – Study group with a Mentor
  • Month 7 to 24 – Independence with Support.

The Money Builders Group is prepared to train you to become the best that you can be. There are production expectations in each phase. Our objective is to hire successful candidates from the program.

We are only accepting 10 LLQP graduates per class.  We will be running a class of 10 each quarter throughout the year.

* Every candidate, however, must go through a thorough screening process that includes a criminal background check, a credit review and aptitude test.

There may be future costs associated with the purchase of software and hardware devices.

Boot Camp is intended to shape the career Path.  Topics include:

  • How to prospect
  • How to book an appointment
  • What to say in an interview
  • How to ask the right questions
  • The day to day operations of a Life Agent/Broker
  • Goal setting
  • Time Management
  • Life Companies and their products – meet your wholesalers
  • How to answer objections
  • …..and most importantly, having someone with you when you go out on those initial appointments.

Phase 2 and 3 are intended to keep the learning going while you demonstrate your independence. Study groups will use case studies and Advanced topics relevant to the advisor of today and tomorrow.
